In the past, I’ve always had kind of an “all or nothing” personality. I want it all or nothing. If I can’t be perfect, then why try at all?

The beauty of a glow-up journey is that it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Small, consistent habits create noticeable changes over time. That’s why I’ve put together these 30 daily habits to help you transform your life in just 30 days.
